What are your prices?

Hourly Rate: £120 | Support Rate: from £500 / month

We service individual needs of our customers and after an initial consultation will provide an estimate based on the work required and number of users supported.

We work with businesses that want more reliable technology, clearer advice or help delivering improvements. You might have no internal IT team, an existing support provider or someone managing technology alongside another role. What does Pixelworks do?

We provide IT support, Microsoft 365/Google Workplace management, cybersecurity improvement, and digital project delivery for small and medium-sized businesses. We also offer fractional IT leadership for organisations that need experienced technology guidance without employing a full-time Head of IT.

Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?

Yes. You do not need to replace your current provider to work with us. We can provide independent guidance, manage a particular project or help coordinate improvements between your business and it's suppliers. Responsibilities and access arrangements are agreed at the outset.

We focus on businesses across Liverpool and wider Merseyside area. Many services can be delivered remotely, with onsite visits arranged when needed. Location, travel and availability are discussed before work begins.
